Mission 4: Monte Carlo
Part I: Frigate al Fayette

Your motorboat has quietly docked with the frigate, and it's where you start off. You have a silenced D5K Deutsche, so use it. Leave the boat and go up the ramp up to the frigate. Go along to the left and there are two stairways. Take the one on the left -- the one farthest away from you. Open the door, and a guard will be at the other end. Quickly shoot him so as not to make too much noise. Go all the way to the end, collect his ammo, and open the door on the right. There will be 2-3 soldiers standing there, one with a gun pointing at a hostage. Shoot him first, and then the next-closest person, making sure you don't shoot the hostage. Go up to the next room and shoot the guards in there who also have a hostage at gunpoint. Don't blow up the amazingly sensitive equipment or shoot the hostage(s). Go up to the hostages, and you will free them. You need to do this with all of the hostages. Now, go into the second room (if you're not already there) and turn right. Guards will sometimes pop up all over the place, so you know what to do with them -- kill them.

Go forward, and down the stairs. Go around the corner and there should be more guards around. Be democratic (kill them, of course). I will provide an updated version of this guide, but until then:

Follow the various corridors, killing guards, and making sure you free all the hostages (killing their captors before they react) Soon, you should open the door to the engine room. Straight ahead is a computer, but first take out the guard on the left (with a silenced gun, be quiet!) Go up to the computer console, switch to the Bomb Defuser, and press Z to defuse the bomb. Now, duck down, and snipe the guard near the hostage with your gun. The hostage should flee without the other guard shooting. Oh, and he has two guns. Kill the people that are left on the top railing, and descend the stairs. Kill any guards around and pocket the ammo. Go around looking for any more hostages, and go back up the stairs you came through, and through the last set of stairs. Turn left, and go all the way to the end, where there should be a helicopter waiting outside at the end of the frigate. Select your tracking bug, aim at the 'copter and press Z, chucking it onto the helicopter. Go back, and follow the corridor(s), until you get to the door which leads to the bridge room. Enter, shoot the guard nearest to the hostage, and QUICKLY dispose of any guards who are in or appear in the room. DON'T shoot any computers. Switch to the bomb defuser, press Z on the computer with the bomb on top. Just exit at the far right door, go down the stairs, and back to your boat. Done.
